The 9wt Vesper is a dream to cast in windy conditions. I'm a relatively new fly fisher and I really enjoyed casting the Vesper. I spent a bunch of time walking flats in Abaco for the month of February. I had another 8wt rod that seemed to be a lot more work to cast. The Vesper just felt like an extension of my arm. Caught a couple Bonefish and a bunch of smallish barracuda. The bones are an unbelievable fight and the Vesper handled them with ease.

Very nice fly rod complete with tube sock, embroidered rod tube and most importantly a second tip for the rod! Reviews on Vesper rods are excellent and they are ready for any type of water!
