    Great All Around Rod

I received my 6wt Drifter as a retirement gift. I’m sure glad I did. It’s one of the greatest casting rods I’ve owned, and coming with two tips I think adds value. It really helps me look like a better caster than I am. It is both sensitive enough and has backbone enough that for me, I can handily fish nymphs, drys, and streamers with the one rod.

I’ve had a few accomplished fisher people use it and comment how good it felt to cast. I know my rod has led to a couple of sales for Moonshine. Having two tips included saved me from a ruined day on the Blackfoot River in Montana, that turned out being a great day fishing Stone Flys with a Midge dropper.

    Keep up the good work.

Great rod! for both nymphing and dry flies

I really enjoyed this rod. I used it three times once for nymphing, once for streamers and once for dry flies. nice action and good all around rod. I left to on the roof of my car and drove away from Pine Creek with the rod on the roof of my car and realized too late that I lost it, searched the road but someone picked it up - I hope they get at least as much enjoyment out of it that I did.
