Bought the 7wt ten foot rod when I got into fly fishing on the appearance. I like how light weight and sensitive it is compared to the rods of the guys I fish with. I have landed some 20 plus # salmon and some nice steelhead with the rod and would definitely recommend

Just got back from fishing the Great Lakes Tributaries. One morning we hiked a mile down to the Niagara River.
When we got to the river, I went to string my rod up and to my horror the front tip section was broken. I hiked back up to the truck and retrieved the extra tip the moonshine supplied with the rod. I finally got to fishing and caught a beautiful brown. Thank you Moonshine Rods
