I bought the drifter 3wt and absolutely love it. Broke my tip section and as if having it come with an extra tip isn’t enough, Moonshine sent me a new tip section with some swag no questions asked. High dollar rod for a fraction of the price. Customer for life!!!

Almost a year and I’m still really impressed with this rod and it’s very classic look. Fit and finish equal to mid priced rods. Weight of 79.42 grams on my scale. Which makes it as light or lighter than 85% of all 590 rods. I use this as my all around rod. I use two lines Airflo Universal and Airflo Power taper. They cover everything comfortably from size 2 to 20. I find this rod to be on the slightly faster side of medium fast. For me casts of 15 to50 ft are 95% of my fishing. I have other more specialized rods but for less than $200 this was a great buy.
